Rose Bay
house repaint
A full interior and exterior repaint of a Rose Bay home, including compressed-air spray finishes on the internal doors and stair balustrade. The photographs follow the rear elevation, work in progress and completed interior rooms.
The rear exterior before and during the work
The exterior photographs show the rear elevation before repainting and at a later stage of the project. The later view includes the light-coloured walls, blue shutters and white joinery, with timber-deck cleaning still in progress.
The second photograph was taken while some masking remained. It records a late stage of the painting work rather than a fully cleared final handover.
Spray finishes for the doors and balustrade
We used fine-finish compressed-air spraying on the internal doors and stair balustrade. The work-in-progress photographs show the application to a panelled door and the balustrade, followed by a view of the completed white railings.
These detailed elements sit alongside the larger painted wall and ceiling surfaces in the full-house repaint. The project brings the external work and interior finishing into one property story.
The completed interior
The finished living room and study-area photographs show the light-painted interior, decorative cornices and window details. They record the painting result within the existing rooms, including the surrounding flooring and cabinetry.
