Vakker Australia has been painting Sydney properties since 2014. Based in Sylvania, we work with homeowners, strata properties and businesses across Sydney.

Our approach starts with understanding the property and agreeing on the work. Preparation, protection and communication are part of the project, from the first inspection through to the final walkthrough.

A clear scope before work starts
We assess the surfaces, access and preparation, then set out the agreed work in a written quote.
Preparation and protection
We protect surrounding areas and prepare the surfaces for the agreed paint system.
Communication during the work
We discuss access and timing with you and keep you informed as the project progresses.
A final walkthrough
At handover, we review the completed work with you and leave the work area tidy.

Painting costs depend on the scope, surface condition, preparation, access and materials. For larger repaints, we inspect the property before preparing a written quote.

Questions before you get in touch

How do I get a painting quote?

Use the form below or call 0401 909 870. Tell us your suburb, property type and the work you have in mind. For larger repaints, an onsite inspection helps us assess the preparation and access before providing a written quote.

Can I include interior and exterior painting in one enquiry?

Yes. Describe all the areas you would like painted in the Message field. You can enquire about the interior, exterior or both. If you are planning a larger repaint, our house painting page explains how the different parts of the project can be organised.

What information and photos should I send?

Include your suburb, the type of property, the rooms or exterior areas involved and your preferred timing. Mention peeling paint, repairs or access concerns if you know about them. You can attach a photo to the form, but it is optional. The current file limit is 6 MB.

Can painting be planned around an occupied home?

Let us know who will be using the property and any access restrictions. We can discuss the sequence of work and which areas need to remain accessible. Our residential painting page covers occupied homes, moving plans and work between tenancies.

When can the work start, and how long will it take?

Timing depends on the scope, preparation, access and current availability. Exterior work also depends on suitable weather. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire, so we can discuss a realistic programme for your project.

We are based in Sylvania and work across Sydney, including the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and Sutherland Shire. Check our service areas or include your suburb in your enquiry so we can confirm arrangements.
