The first step is to understand your project. An onsite inspection helps us identify the preparation, access and finishes to include in your written quote. It also gives you a chance to ask questions before deciding how to proceed.

What you can expect from us
A clear scope before work starts
Your written quote sets out the work to be completed, including the preparation and finishes agreed for your property. If the scope changes, we discuss the additional work and cost before proceeding.
Preparation and protection
We plan how to protect the surrounding areas and prepare the surfaces included in the job. The preparation may involve cleaning, sanding, filling, repairs and priming, depending on what the surfaces need.
Practical communication
We discuss access, the work sequence and expected timing with you. Surface condition, access and weather can affect the programme, so changes need to be communicated as the work progresses.
A final walkthrough
At the end of the agreed work, we tidy the work areas and review the completed painting with you. This is the time to check the finish against the agreed scope and raise any questions.
